Through her 39 years of experience, she has found fulfillment and success in a number of fields. She is convinced that change is the only constant. Therefore she strives to consistently evolve, innovate and reinvent herself. This is what inspired her to start idEVO - Identity Evolution. Her intention is to provide world-class training in the fields of public presentation and business education.

She has worked as a journalist, anchorperson, independent documentary film director, event choreographer, public relations & media professional, brand and image consultant, and corporate communications expert. After having trained with BBC, London, her career reached a turning point when she began her career in television. She was Doordarshan's prime-time English news anchor from 1983 till 2006. Other highlights of her career include starting her independent consultancy Kaveri Mukherji Associates in 1990 through which she gained experience as a brand builder for numerous CEOs and corporate groups. She also trained various heads of companies and politicians in the nuances of public speaking, brand building, and dealing with the media. Since 2012, her passion project has been working towards the preservation of Indian heritage textiles and handicrafts through her NGO Sunblossom Foundation. She launched idEVO in 2017 and her team of elite trainers and corporate professionals have curated a series of workshops and masterclasses designed to enable professionals to fully realize their potential for personal transformation.
